The Competition

2.1. These terms apply to all competitions hosted on the Promoter’s website at www.neezy.co.uk.

2.2. An entry fee applies for entries via the online method (“Online Entry Route”). Alternatively, you may enter for free through the postal method outlined in paragraph 3.9 (“Postal Entry Route”). Each entrant, regardless of the entry method, is referred to as an “Entrant”.

How to Enter

3.1. The competition will run from its publication date until the Closing Date specified on the Website or App, referred to as the “Published Date” and “Closing Date”, respectively. All times and dates are based on London, England.

3.2. If necessary, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may alter the Closing Date or correct an inaccurate Published Date. In such cases, new details will be provided on the Website and Entrants will be notified via email.

3.3. Entries must be submitted between the Published Date and the Closing Date. Late entries will be disqualified. Entries via Postal Entry Route within 72 hours after the Closing Date will receive a credit to use for future entries.

3.4. To enter via the Online Entry Route:

Choose your answer (if applicable) and select the number of entries.

Complete checkout and submit the entry form.

Pay to receive your confirmation.

Instant Win Competitions:

Visit the Website and view the Instant Win competition.

Select the number of entries.

Complete checkout and submit the entry form.

Pay to receive your ticket and check if you’ve won.

3.5. Entries must be submitted in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified with no refund.

3.6. The Promoter will send an email confirmation of your entry, including your allocated ticket number(s).

3.7. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or delayed entries, including due to technical failures or equipment malfunctions.

3.8. By entering, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

(c) Postal entrants for Instant Win Competitions must create an account on the Website. After receipt of the postal entry, site credit will be applied to the account.

(d) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

(e) Multiple entries can be made, but each must be sent separately. Bulk entries will count as one.

(f) By entering, you confirm eligibility and acceptance of the terms.

(g) Valid postal entries will receive confirmation via email and the applicable ticket number(s).

Choosing a Winner

Draw-Based Competitions

4.1. All valid entries will be placed into a draw, and winners will be chosen via a random draw process. The draw will take place on the Closing Date (“Draw Date”).

4.2. Entries will be displayed in a spreadsheet for live draws, or an automated system will randomly select winners using the Mersenne Twister algorithm.

4.3. In case of disruption or inconclusive results, the Promoter may rerun the draw.

Instant Win Competitions

4.4. Instant Win tickets are assigned randomly before the Published Date, with winners chosen via a Draw-Based Method.

How Draws are Conducted

4.5. Live draws: Valid as long as the full draw number is displayed without interruption. If a number has not been sold, the draw will continue until a sold number is drawn.

Automated draws: The Mersenne Twister algorithm will be used for the random selection.

Eligibility

5.1. Open to anyone aged 18 or older, residing in a country where entry is lawful. Excludes:

Employees of the Promoter or its agents

Immediate family members or household members of the above.

5.2. By entering, you confirm your eligibility. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility; failure to provide this within 21 days may lead to disqualification.

5.3. The Promoter will not accept:

Automatically generated entries

Entries by third parties or agents

Incomplete entries

5.4. The Promoter may disqualify you if:

You breach the terms

You collude with others or submit fraudulent entries

It becomes illegal to promote the competition or award the prize

You tamper with the competition or submit inappropriate content

5.5. Refunds are rare and at the Promoter’s discretion. No refunds will be issued if:

You discover ineligibility after entering

You are disqualified according to these terms

5.6. Multiple entries are permitted until the maximum is reached for each competition. Only one account per household is allowed.

The Prize

6.1. Prizes for each competition will be listed on the competition page on the Website.

6.2. Non-cash prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

6.3. The Promoter makes no warranty regarding the prize, its condition, or the accuracy of information on the Website.

6.4. If the prize is a vehicle:

It will have a valid MOT (if required)

The winner is responsible for insurance, tax, and safety equipment

6.5. Other non-cash prizes may have additional terms listed on the competition page.

6.6. The prize may be provided by a third-party supplier.

6.7. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a cash prize if the original prize is unavailable.

6.8. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

6.9. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.

Winners

7.1. The Promoter’s decision is final, with no correspondence entered into.

7.2. The winner’s name will be announced at the live draw for Draw-Based Competitions.

7.3. The Promoter will notify the winner of a Draw-Based Competition as soon as possible following the draw, using the phone number or email address provided during entry. For Instant Win competitions, winners will receive an email with instructions on how to claim their prize. Any site credit prizes will be automatically applied to the entrant’s account.

7.4. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim their prize within 21 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner. This alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining correct entries received before the closing date. The alternate winner will have 21 days from notification to accept the prize. This process will continue until a winner successfully claims the prize.

7.5. If a winner is awarded a prize above a certain value set by the Promoter, they must provide valid proof of identity and address, matching the details registered with the Promoter. If the winner does not provide the required verification within 21 days of accepting the prize, the Promoter may carry out an investigation. If identity verification cannot be completed within three months of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

7.6. The Promoter is required to publish or provide information confirming that a valid prize award has taken place. This includes publishing the full name of major prize winners on the Website unless the winner objects, as outlined in clause 7.7.

7.7. If you do not wish for your full name or winning entry details to be published or made publicly available, you must inform the Promoter at  info@neezy.co.uk

before the closing date. However, even if you object, the Promoter is still required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

Claiming a Prize

8.1. Prizes must be claimed personally and cannot be collected by a third party on your behalf. Information regarding prize delivery or collection will be available on the Website or provided upon request.

8.2. If your contact details change, you should inform the Promoter as soon as possible by emailing info@neezy.co.uk Your email should include the competition name, your previous details, and your updated information. If your details change within 10 days of the closing date, the Promoter may still attempt to contact you using your previous details.

8.3. Cash prizes will be transferred directly to the winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide proof that they are the sole or joint beneficiary of the account. Failure to provide this evidence within 21 days of accepting the prize will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

8.4. The Promoter is not responsible and will not provide compensation if you are unable to claim or take up the prize.

8.5. If the prize is a vehicle, ownership will be transferred using the V5 document once all eligibility checks are completed. The transfer process may be completed after the vehicle has been handed over.

Limitation of Liability

If the Promoter breaches these terms and conditions, it will only be responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage caused. The Promoter is not liable for any losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of entry.

Data Protection and Publicity

10.1. By entering the competition, you consent to the Promoter and its agents using your personal information to manage the competition, administer prizes, and inform you about future competitions in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.

10.2. If you submit content as part of the competition, it may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to participate in publicity, you must notify the Promoter. This will not affect your eligibility to win a prize. However, even if you opt out of publicity, the Promoter may still need to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that the competition was fairly conducted.

10.3. Under data protection laws, you have the right to request that the Promoter does not contact you or removes your details from its database. However, if you make such a request, you will no longer be able to participate in the competition, as the Promoter will be unable to contact you if you win. Entry fees will not be refunded in these circumstances. If you wish to opt out of promotional use of your personal data, please email info@neezy.co.uk

General Terms

11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on the Website.

11.2. If the Promoter believes that any participant has breached these terms and conditions, it reserves the right to disqualify them from current and future competitions.

11.3. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend a competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. If a competition is cancelled, all entry fees will be refunded to entrants via their original payment method. Once refunds have been issued, the Promoter will have no further liability.

11.4. Competitions run via the Website are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Apple, or Google. By entering, participants acknowledge that these companies bear no responsibility for competition administration.

11.5. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Participants residing outside England and Wales may still rely on mandatory consumer protection laws in their own country.

11.6. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any disputes. However, entrants residing in an EU couence.
